Most people's vision of the ideal home life involves being able to easily prepare their own food. In other words, most people's vision of the ideal home life involves some kind of stove--whether a high-tech self-cleaning, self-monitoring electric oven or a simple gas-heated range. Many people do not even realize their utter dependence on this humble appliance. Until, that is, the appliance stops working and it's time to call for stove repair.
