Central Texas is known more for the humid heat of its summers, which feel almost tropical, than it is for its chilly winters. Yet, during the cold months of December, January, and February even a city like Austin sees snow occasionally. That's when you'll want to make sure your gas furnace is working. If it isn't, you'll probably want prompt gas furnace repair.

Austin is a city in which life happens at a slightly slower pace than elsewhere. Most stoves in Austin are still gas-powered, as are most of its furnaces. This can be a boon. Gas furnace tend to be very reliable, and are easier to fix than electric furnaces.
