called before coming to give me choice he had an emergency and would respond to me first or go to emergency, told him to handle emergency first; showed up when he said he would following taking care of emergency, was pleasant, worked quickly, explained what he needed to do, showed me the broken parts, cleaned up after himself, and charges were well in line with others that I had used in past. All in all an A+ experience.

My wife complained the clothes dryer had stopped heating properly. I had used Roman on a different problem a year earlier and liked him and his service, so I called him. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away (damaged heating coils). He also recommended preventive maintenance in order to eliminate a future problem (clean my 25 foot long dryer duct every 2 years). I'll call him again next time I need appliance service.
