I called this company for a dishwasher repair and waited 2 days for him to come. When he didn't show up that morning, I called him back and he said he'd come later that afternoon but again never showed and never called. I then checked my computer and realized this was the same company I'd called about a dryer service months before and he'd never showed up. When I called to complain and mentioned I should tell my friends about his repeatedly poor service, rather than getting an apology Steve said "Tell your friends, we don't want their business anyway." My experience is not unique as I found someone with a similar experience on the yellowpages website.
