I don't know if they set out to scam -- they were, after all, recommended by Viking to come fix our dishwasher. But it ended up feeling like a scam. Back in spring, they came twice in 2 months, did nothing, charged a full service call each time. To get them back to finish the job took months of calling and harrassing. I had to fight for the 3rd visit to be billed as "continuous service" instead of a whole new call. On this 3rd visit, the tech fixed almost everything, but promised he'd come back with part to fix the dishwasher door. Again: months of my calling/harrassing. Today, I finally got someone on the phone to look into it, and they found my info filed away b/c "nobody makes the part anymore." Not that they were ever going to call me back and tell me that. We've now sunk well over $300 into this old dishwasher, gone through months of hassle, and we're told we're "just going to have to live with" the broken door slamming down on our feet. Wish I'd bought a new machine back in spring and never called them in the first place.
