Had a Maytag washer repaired. Main bearing was bad. When they got the washer apart they found a back bearing that was also bad. The initial quote covered the main bearing and labor. 4.5 hours later he had finished a very difficult repair that took way longer than anticipated and stuck to the quote. While I'm not sure I would buy another Maytag washer, at this point I would definitely use Impact again.
