Out of the four service reps sent out only the last one was up front and honest to state that the prior techs where not experienced enough to diagnose and repair our appliance. Cris & Sons proved to have poor customer service very limited technician experience and also shady sale practices. Finally and foremost, Cris& Sons did not fix our appliance and we are being charged for services not rendered.

Chris and Sons were AWFULL!!! The first repairman was LAZY and incompetent! He did as little as possible to see what the problem was. Then upon his completion of inspection he completely misdiagnosed the problem! BUT it gets better, so he ordered a part THAT I DIDN'T NEED! and after a week of waiting i phoned Chris and Sons to ask what the status of my Refrigerator repair was. And they informed me that it would be another week before they could get the part in! BS I cried! So I phoned best buy parts and had the part in question sent to me the NEXT DAY! BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER! So I then installed the part only to find THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM!!!!!! So after i raised holy hell they sent out another guy who discovered the problem was in the door. So I thought OK easy enough to fix-just replace the little switch! NO! they would have to call me back in a few days! So a few days has gone by and they have phoned me today to basically tell me they don't know how to fix the problem! And that they would refund my money for there service fee! I really feel like making them PAY me for the part that I unnecessarily ordered but they have EXHAUSTED ME! So now my fridge hasn't worked in 2 WEEKS! and I have to phone another company who knows what they are doing!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T CALL CVHRIS AND SONS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
