Overall

When my building manager told me that the landlord has contacted a company by the name of west coast to come repair my heater, I was skeptical. My experience with local small repair companies has not been a good one. But I have to say, they proved me wrong. Somebody contacted me half an hour before the tech arrived (like they promised ahead of time). The tech wasn't fluent in English but it wasn't too big of a problem. Seems like technical problems with appliances are pretty universal. Long story short, my heater was fixed in under an hour. And I could look forward to rainy days again :)
