The owner Doug guessed at what was wrong with my dishwasher, ordered the part, never called me back to set up appt...I had to always call him. when he came, what he thought was the problem, wasn't. Said he would order part on Monday, never heard from him, I called him Thursday, he told me it would be in that day. He never called me back, when I called him the next thursday he got a major attitude with me and told me I was yelling at him and that I could just go buy another dishwasher if I wanted. Very unprofessional and rude!! Don't use...it took a month to get nothing done!!
